* Ik heb mijn vakantieobjecten in eigendom en gehuurd voor 15 jaar. Ik heb een lokale noodonderhoudsploeg die slechts een telefoontje verwijderd is om te helpen met problemen die kunnen optreden. Sommige eigenaren laten hun condos versleten en gedateerd worden, maar ik ben trots op mijn eigendommen. Ik houd ze in onberispelijke staat met jaarlijkse upgrades. Uw appartement zal voor uw aankomst worden geïnspecteerd om er zeker van te zijn dat alles perfect is voor u. *

Perfect anniversary get away

My husband and I wanted a quiet get away for our 6 year anniversary and this was the perfect solution! It was so conveniently located to so much to do. We love pineapple Willy’s and we were able to walk there. It was the perfect size for 2 people and had every amenity we could need.

The Majestic resort itself was better than the unit. Unfortunately the unit was not up to standards. Upon arrival the smell of pesticide/bug spray was overwhelming. It did dissipate by the second day. The mattress in the main bedroom needs to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable. We actually had to sleep on the mattresses from the bunkbed. Also we were unable to use the dryer as the filter is broken preventing the door from closing. The view was great and the arrival and departure process was simple.

Great and convenient!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Communication with the owner was great! Check in and out was a breeze. The condo was clean and had all things one would need in the kitchen. It is conveniently located to many PBC attractions. We wish there had been more seating on the balcony for our whole family to sit together. The only thing I was really disappointed in is that on the advertisement for this condo it lists a gym and that was one of reasons we chose this particular property, I was happy I would be able to keep up with my routine while on vacation. It wasn’t until the instructions were sent that I learned that was not option. I completely understand the liability reason but do not offer this as an amenity if it truly isn’t available. Our overall experience was as great though.

Spectacular Views!

My family of four stayed here for a week when traveling to PCB for a dance competition. It was a comfortable home away from home for our busy week. The pool and beach access were great and we really enjoyed the spectacular view from the balcony.

Beautiful condo at a great location!

We had a wonderful time at this beautifully decorated beach condo! The condo had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The amenities were great! We used the pools and hot tub a lot. The convenience of having an onsight restaurant and store was great! The portions were huge! We were down there often for drinks, sunscreen, snacks and some necessities we forgot at the store. My daughter especially liked the Starbucks there! We took the owners suggestion and tried the Sunrise Café that’s a 5 minute walk away. They were right, it was great! We went back numerous times to eat there. Walmart is a very short drive away where we got some groceries for the week. There was a rental area just outside the condo on the beach where we rented a jet ski, so much fun! They also had parasailing and a banana boat ride! Just a 15 minute drive away was Pier Park where there are lots of shops and restaurants! Just a short drive down the road we visited Zoo World and did the interactive experiences with the baby kangaroo and lemurs. We absolutely loved our trip! We would definitely love to come back here! Beautiful condo at a perfect location!

Costly Lesson Learned- But Never Again

Pros - Ocean view. (I asked if two chairs and umbrella could be provided considering the cost, but we were told no and that we were welcome to purchase them ourselves. That’s a substantial amount more money. Fireworks on the beach were perfectly amazing. Cons - Too numerous to list them all. This trip was actually to celebrate our honeymoon and we were so excited counting down the days to this vacation. We paid a lot of money to rent this condo. Seven days from 7/3-7/10. On 7/7, we checked out early and left. There was nothing about this condo or The Majestic in general that we liked. When you first arrive, the layout of the parking garage and the condos is ridiculous. It was a nightmare every time you had to go anywhere on this property. Most of the time, one or more of the elevators were not operational, there were no service elevators for housekeeping, the journey from point A to point B was a lengthy process and the wait time to maneuver around this property was like nothing we have ever experienced. On the surface, the condo looks updated but on closer inspection it is not. The brass living room tables were rusty as was all the balcony furniture (i get it that it’s outside furniture but it was rusty, dirty and cheap considering the cost of this place). There was a gold fish cracker left on the floor beside the living room chair which would indicate it was not cleaned properly (much less sanitized as claimed). It was pretty much bare as far as supplies you may normally see in most other condos (not even a dish cloth to wash dishes). The master bedroom is located next to the outside walkway as far opposite from the beach as you can get. Because of this, the noise from other travelers outside and traffic below was constant. The master bed needs to be tossed and replaced. Both bathroom sinks stayed stopped up the entire time we were there along with the toilets off and on. We had to shower in the guest bath instead of the master because it was just nasty. There was very apparent water damage and what looked to be mold on the floor and base board area next to that tub/shower area. The power outlet behind the headboard in the master was not working at all. The beautiful blue decor online is very inviting but when you actually try to stay at this place, it’s just not worth it. These are just some of our issues. We lost a lot of money when we checked out early but chalk it up as a lesson learned.

Overall, great stay!

We stayed at this condo for a full week. Owner was responsive leading up to stay and answered all of our questions. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. The master bed was comfortable so we were able to rest well. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the ocean. It has a full kitchen with all the necessities to cook dinner and had both a keurig and regular coffee maker for our morning coffee. The only cons: The coffee table and end tables weren’t sturdy - not suitable for a toddler (we have a 2 year old). Also, we were thankful we brought our own towels because there were only a few in the condo. As for the condominium itself (NOT the owner’s fault!) - as we were trying to park when we first arrived to the condo there were a few tow trucks having cars towed out of the parking deck. Be mindful of the rules they give you for parking and you’ll be fine. Then, to use their luggage carts you must leave your license with security. We had to wait in line for a long while to get a cart and the security officer told us there were over 500 rooms to the condo and only 39 carts.After getting all of our things loaded, we had to wait in a long line (over 30 minutes) for an elevator. We understand we were there in peak season, but elevators continued to be an issue - even with some of them being out of order at times. We used the stairs a lot & avoid the luggage cart when loading back up to go home. Our children loved the pool area, but make sure all children have a wristband on or they’ll not be allowed to swim. We read a sign stating children under 12 didn’t have to wear a band, but a security guard told us they couldn’t swim without one so we had to go back to the room to get him one. With all of that said, we did have a fabulous week and would visit this condo again! All resorts have rules and it did make us feel safe knowing security was very involved.

Disappointed

The reviews on this condo were good so we decided to book but when we got there the floors were dirty, very dirty. I have a one year old who just wants to explore and crawl everywhere and I didn’t even feel comfortable letting him down I found all kinds of things in the floor I even found toe nails. The dishes in the cabinet were still dirty and the bathtub was just disgusting I didn’t feel comfortable giving my baby a bath. Would’ve loved it had I felt comfortable for my child to move around we ended up leaving early because of it

Spring Break 21

Loved the ocean front! Convenient to restaurants were wanted to eat at. Condo could use more towels so you don’t have to do towels everyday. End tables were wobbly and owner said more were ordered to be replaced. Trash drop is right outside the master bedroom wall so everytime someone dropped trash in the night or morning you heard it. Beach and pools nice!
