Paradise 30A ~ Sol Surfer is een 1 slaapkamer / 1. 5 badkamer koetshuis gelegen in het golffront dorp van Carillon Beach. Slapen 4, dit huis heeft veel ruimte voor uw gezin, waaronder een queen size bed en een volledige slaapbank. Dit huis ligt op minder dan een blok van de witte zandstranden met 7 privétoegangspunten voor de gemeenschap. De gated community heeft meerdere zwembaden voor de gasten, evenals tennisbanen en basketbalvelden. Loop rond Carillon Market Street voor een verscheidenheid aan winkels en eetgelegenheden. The QR system to get past the security gate was not working. We never could get the QR code. Sat at the security gate with paradise on the phone and still could not get QR. the person on the phone lied and said it was a county issue. No truth there. The security guard took my phone that I had down loaded the app so she physically wrote me a pass. Also be aware the path to the house is all sand so hard to pull anything on. We made friends with the people staying in the main house and they were nice to let us use the drive way to walk back and forth on. The kitchen needs way more utensils and bowls. When at the beach we eat seafood. There was not a deveiner or shell crackers. The location was great. So close to the beach.

4 days 5 night stay. Great location and neighborhood. Enjoyed being a little further away from the tourist area. Beach not as crowded and filled with families. Very family friendly area. Super helpful staff.

Perfect location but the unit did smell like smoke when I checked in. The property manager promptly responded to my concern and brought an ozone machine in the unit. While this did help initially, the smell returned but not as strong. I do think the unit could use a fresh coat of paint and maybe change the air filters. The kitchen was well stocked (minus a cutting board) and the bed was comfortable.

Clean, classy, and simply sweet abode for two. A short walk from the beach. Beautiful sunny days. I just wish there were hangers for clothes and a good dryer, but those are minor.

We’ve been coming to Carrillon for over 10 years and this is a great little find. Has everything you need and a short walk to the beach. Loved the outside shower and the bucket of toys. We can’t wait to come back! Thanks for a great stay.

While the the property is quite small, it was just fine for a family of four (2 kids ages 3 and 6). The location is unbeatable and it’s a short walk to the beach. We love carillon and would stay here again!

The location was amazing! Beautiful neighborhood with beach access just steps away. Loved using the heated pools as well! We took morning walks daily and enjoyed the safety of the gated community. The unit itself is nice. Kitchen is well equipped, the living space is nice, and the bedroom and bathroom were a good size. A few upgrades needed in my opinion, listed below. - Bath towels were tiny and not soft - Shower had horrible water pressure and didn’t get very warm. Didn’t make for a relaxing experience. - Washer / dryer is ancient and tiny - which wouldn’t bug me if it worked well. Had to run each load 2-3 times. Smelled a bit moldy. - Throw pillows need to be upgraded. They shed feathers constantly. - We didn’t find the bed to be comfortable, but that’s personal preference. - Light shines in from the back deck by the grill if left on by the main house guests. Really hard to sleep despite there already being a (relatively useless) paper shade put up to try to avoid this problem. Luckily it only happened to us one night. - We used the driveway to walk back and forth from the unit but you’re “supposed” to use the sandy walkway. Not easy to use either way. Either walking in the sand, or weaving in and out of cars and bikes. - TV should be a smart TV in 2022, and it wasn’t - WiFi worked half the time which was disappointing Sounds really negative but it was a great time despite our issues. Would rent in the neighborhood again but not this unit. Check in time is also a bit late, and check out is early.

The house made for a perfect last minute vacation. The location was great. We have stayed in many different houses in carralon over the years and I think I like the location of this one the best. Sort walk to the beach. Short walk to the park/ pool. And not that bad of a walk to the Cafe and shipwreck. We were lucky enough to meet the owners while we were there, such great people. They did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house is small perfect for a couples get away but my wife and I and our 2 kids still stayed in it very comfortably. We will definitely be booking this place again.

This property is a small space, but had all the basic amenities needed for a week at the beach. The accessibility to the pool and beach was phenomenal. The pull-out sofa was decently comfortable. The only negative is the access to the carriage house is mildly inconvenient, as they request that you use the side path (sand) vs the driveway so as not to disturb the guests staying in the main house. This meant I had to roll our heavy suitcases down a sandy path on arrival and departure. Otherwise, everything was great!
