Located in a beautiful and typical old building of the 1st arrondissement in the heart of Paris, this apartment enjoys an exceptional geographical location a few steps away from the new Samaritaine, and close to the most prestigious cultural places such as the museum from the Louvre, The Pinot Foundation, the Musée d'Orsay or the Monnaie de Paris.

On the 3rd floor with lift, this pretty, air-conditioned studio apartment, completely renovated, which can accommodate up to 2 people, opens onto a fully equiped kitchen. A confortable double bed is also available to ensure a good rest after a long day sightseeing in Paris.

The bathroom is composed of a nice shower and toilets.

For maximum comfort, this apartment has hotel quality bedding, linens and towels, a washer, a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed wifi through optical fiber and welcoming toiletries.

The apartment is in a fabulous location. Easy walk to major museums, Ile de Cite and the many attractions in the Marais neighborhood. But I wouldn't recommend it for a light sleeper or anyone other than a single renter. The apartment was very cramped for two, and while the kitchen is well-supplied with cookware, flatware and silverware, there's only a very small desk/table and a single chair. Every footstep from the apartment above us (not to mention their non-stop crying baby) made it hard to sleep soundly. Still, it's hard to beat the incredible location.

Hello VRBO, My partner and I had a terrible stay at this location over the weekend (Sept. 19 - 22nd). After much research, we chose this space specifically as an 'end-point' to our 33-day European experience. Unfortunately, this was the worst accommodation across our month abroad. The major issue being that our shower flooded and remained a serious issue for 3 of the 4 days of our stay. We made immediate contact with the property management to ensure they were aware of the issue. Over the next 3 days, our communication with their team was incredibly inconsistent and dismissive. They sent a technician later on during the second day (while we were out), however the issue persisted. The bathroom did not have a fan or a window. We continued to use our bathing towels to mop up the mess in an effort to protect the property. A second technician came on the third day. The shower adequately drained thereafter. Though we were able to shower during hours, the smell in the apartment was horrible; musty, humid... gross. We did everything we could to attempt air circulation. On night one, we realized the air conditioning unit did not work either. I have evidence of my repeated efforts to speak with their team. I have repeatedly asked for fair compensation. I was passively dismissed and re-routed several times. I was supposed to hear from management today and haven't. Please reach out to me for further insight and discussion. Future VRBO customers should not be subject to this.

Very disappointed I recently spent 6 nights in this studio apartment and unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor communication and unresponsive property management. Prior to my trip, the management team was prompt and helpful in their responses. However, upon arrival, they became slow to respond and often unreachable. As an international traveler, I relied on their assistance to find the apartment, but they failed to provide clear instructions or display the apartment number. I was left stranded in the neighborhood, trying to find the apartment, and my multiple calls and texts went unanswered. To make matters worse, the apartment had several issues: - Clogged sink - Non-functional WiFi - Shower with barely any water pressure When I reported these issues, the management team attempted to send someone to check on them but failed to inform me. I was startled when someone tried to enter the apartment while I was in bed, and it took a complaint to management to reveal that they had forgotten to notify me. The technician never showed up, and management blamed me for the inconvenience. No one checked in with me during my stay to address these issues, and it wasn't until I left that they acknowledged the problems. Overall, I was disappointed with the terrible service and communication from the property management team. As a solo traveler in a foreign country, I expected more support and assistance. I would not recommend this apartment or management team to other

Cute and cozy place to enjoy our Paris vacation. The neighborhood is exactly what we wanted. Cafe's, restaurants, and public transportation right at our fingertips. We so enjoyed our visit and the accommodations were outstanding. We highly recommend this cute spot.
