Ruim en vrij met Awesome Views Ski Stadshuis

Het Newpark Resort Townhome, genesteld in het hart van het Utah-skiresort, tussen het majestueuze Wasatch-gebergte, heeft het allemaal. Het is een uitstekende bestemming voor ski- en golfliefhebbers, zakenreizigers en genotzoekende vakantiegangers met een onbeperkt aantal recreatie mogelijkheden met een aantal van wereldklasse ski-locaties en golfbanen in de buurt.

Na aankomst via shuttle of auto (er is een eigen garage) zul je al snel ontdekken een warme en vriendelijke sfeer. Of u nu kiest voor een glas wijn en kijken naar de zonsondergang (onze eenheid is de hoekopstelling met brede vrij uitzicht op de bergen en de Swaner Nature Preserve van twee kanten), televisie of een dvd kijken op een van de drie flatscreen TV's, bereiden een gastronomische maaltijd in de prachtig ingerichte modern, maar toch rustieke keuken met state of the art apparatuur en granieten werkbladen, controleer uw e-mail of weersomstandigheden met de meegeleverde high-speed toegang tot het web, of gewoon wat rust te krijgen, een spannende vakantie wacht u.

Binnen enkele minuten van het appartement, zult u in staat om te genieten van de nummer een skigebied in Noord-Amerika, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, met een van de beste terrein parken en snowboarden ervaringen, en verken The Canyons meerdere runs. Hoe zit het met après-ski en de tijd om te ontspannen? Geniet van een diner in een aantal van de top Zagat beoordeelde restaurants in de natie (een gratis stadsbus vertrekt newpark voor Old Town om de 45 minuten). Willen gaan voor een wandeling of dineren op loopafstand? Binnen enkele minuten van het stadshuis zijn er meer dan twintig winkels, meer geweldige restaurants, oefening paviljoen met indoor atletiek voetbalveld, en zelfs een bioscoop.

Na het eten, zich terugtrekken in een van de twee grote slaapkamers op de bovenverdieping (er is ook een loft). De grotere slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed met badkamer (dubbele wastafel) en een groot balkon met een prachtig uitzicht op het stadshuis te genieten. De andere slaapkamer ook met een badkamer met dubbele wastafel bevat twee eenpersoonsbedden en een balkon. Daarnaast is de loft dag bed verandert in een full size slaper voor twee. Alle slaapkamers en gebieden in dit stadshuis zijn ook ingericht met kunstwerken gekenmerkt door lokale kunstenaars en complete inrichting en accessoires van lokale winkels. Of het nu het uitzicht, afspraken, voorzieningen of locatie, onze prachtige stadshuis is gewoon de ene om uw vakantie wensen past.

Mountain Retreat Comfort

Great Condo for our Ski Vacation

The condo was perfect for our recent ski vacation. The condo has a great view looking out onto the wildlife refuge. It was spacious and well appointed. It is conveniently located near many restaurants and Smith's grocery store. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the live TV box so that it supports HD.

The townhouse was spacious and well equipped with all the things we need for our stay. We like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped. The unit was close to skiing and restaurants. Our only concern was with the Television. We were unable to access several channels we like to watch such as NBC, CBS, ABC, PBS, CNN. The TV reception often faded out.

Perfect all the way around!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family to reconnect. Having so many shops and restaurants within walking distance was perfect since it was so snowy while we were there driving was difficult. Everything we needed was nearby. The condo is well equipped, clean and has a gorgeous view! Instructions provided by Vera were very helpful making checking in a breeze. She even reached out to make sure we had arrived safely and to see if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend and are hoping that we might be able to visit again but this time in the summer.

Lovely holiday family ski trip

Location of this condo is perfect. We enjoyed the flexibility to ski multiple resorts. Very easy access to Canyons Village, Park City and Deer Valley. Quick access to I80 provides an easy drive to resorts closer to SLC (Snowbird, Alta, etc). Grocery, restaurants and sporting goods store within walking distance of condo. The condo was very well furnished and equipped for our stay and felt very private with three porches/decks to view Park City resort. A trip across the street to the Utah Olympic Park is well worth it. Communication with the property owner was a breeze and she even let us know when unit was clean and ready for check-in. Would definitely stay at Vera's condo again when we visit Park City.

This was a lovely place to stay while visiting ParkCity. It was very clean and in a great location. Walkable to restaurants, market and shopping. Also a quick ride to skiing! Great condo! Condo is very clean and has everything you you need. Very sunny and nice views from condo. Plenty spacious (we were a family of 4) and the condo was so convenient to groceries and restaurants for take out and a short drive to Park City mountain. We had a great week and Vera the owner was helpful and accommodating and easy to communicate with by text.

Great location and beautiful view

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It's conveniently located walking distance to many shops, restaurants, grocery store, and ski rental. The view is beautiful from every window. We were able to watch fireworks at a distance, coming from the Canyons. The condo was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The owner was very accomodating. Thank you!

Newpark in Kimball Junction

We had a great stay in the condo. would we come back, Yes and we will probably will next year. We really don't need slope side and don't mind the 10-15 minute drive to PCMR or DV. We had an electrical outage for 7 hours in the middle of the night, no fault of the condo or owner. 2 things that might improve the stay. The TV's in the 2nd BR and Living room need upgrading seriously and the cable boxes need to be upgraded to digital. The Living Rm TV was old but still needs upgrading. We missed the fact that we couldn’t watch Netflix or Prime in The Living Room. The condo was spacious, clean, well maintained, well equipped and comfortable. The upstairs takes a little while to warm up but it gets there on cold days. It very conveniently located near Smiths grocery store and RedStone shopping area and the Outlet malls. Other than like to see some new Video upgrades Id give it a A+ rating and would return.

Vera's unit is perfect for enjoying the Park City area . Having the Swaner preserve right outside your door was a plus . We had plenty of room & loved the fireplace while relaxing after a day on the slopes.

Great location for a reasonable price

Thie condo is located an easy shuttle ride to town and the ski slopes and so no vehicle needed to get around. The place is clean and well appointed. Views are spectacular from the many windows and light filled rooms. The owner is quick to respond and communication was easy. Definitely recommend.

Our group of four stayed for four nights. The condo is clean and in a very convenient location. It's within easy walking distance to many restaurants, shops, movie theater, and bowling alley - all in the Newpark area of Park City. There is free public transportation which is easy to use, and it will take you to the ski resorts, Main Street/ downtown, and other areas of Park City. Everywhere in Park City is expensive, but this is one of the more reasonably priced complexes.

Beautiful comfortable home with a fantastic location!

My family of four stayed here for a week in January, and we had a wonderful time. We came for skiing and snow activities in the Park City area, and this was the perfect location for us. It is very convenient with many shopping and dining options right there in the Newpark center, while the ski resorts are still a close drive from there. The living room and master bedroom have incredible views of the mountains and surrounding natural preserve. The place is very well kept and clean, and we felt very comfortable staying there. Vera, the owner, was also very helpful and responsive in her communications. We hope to have a chance to spend another vacation here in the future.

Loved the property; was clean, classy, private with a beautiful view. Shops and restaurants just a block away. Owner was great to work with and flexible about letting us stay a few hours later since we had a very late flight back home on the day we left. Highly recommend.
