Single-family house "Kalebica (PSM200)". 3 km from the centre of Kraj, 6 km from the centre of Tkon, in a secluded position, 220 m from the sea, 220 m from the beach. Private: property 1'000 m2 with lawn. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house (3 km via unmade road). Roofed, parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 6 km, rocky beach 220 m. The tap water has no drinking water quality.

2-room house 25 m2. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed. Open kitchen (2 hot plates). Shower/WC. No heating option. View of the sea. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Notes: The house has a solar system. Solar electricity generation depends on the weather. Electrical devices with more than 12 V cannot be operated in this house. Only limited use and charging options of electrical devices (cell phones, laptops, etc.) possible. Max. occupancy: 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old.
