'The breakfast was good and the staff were excellent!'

'Amazing customer service. Rose, the caretaker, was extremely helpful and very kind. The ac worked well and had good water pressure. I loved that the tv had Roku. I will definitely be staying again next time I visit Austin.'

'Good stay only breakfast could be better, no milk,no orange,no eggs!!'

'I had a very disappointing stay at this Super 8. The room smelled strongly of mold and was very dark and damp, making it uncomfortable to spend any time in. The air felt heavy, and it seemed like there was little to no ventilation. The shower was another issue—the water had a strange, unpleasant smell and the water pressure was uncomfortably strong. It didn’t feel clean or refreshing at all. To top it off, the swimming pool didn’t seem well-maintained either. The water didn’t look clean and...

'Pros: Clean & spacious room Cons: No hot water, water felt oily. '

'The room was clean that’s the only positive. There were no wash cloths only towels. No bars of soap for handwashing. No hair dryer. The area was a little sketchy with homeless people wandering the parking lot. Came back to the room to see another tenant looking in the window of our room. The next night there was a party going on in a room below us and the smell of marijuana was so strong we could smell it in our room with the door and window closed. Would not stay in this motel again.'

'Like: Nearby restaurants And shopping Disliked: Broken door and door knob of bathroom Not a good breakfast even for a continental one. Coffee and bagel only.... Smells like mold in rooms, poorly maintained. Full Toilet paper roll was covering a vent hole from the bathroom ceiling. Rust, hair strands in the sink, and shower. Plastic yellow bag covering a fire alarm. If you have first or second floor you can hear anyone walking and talking. Above all TV only has 3 channels, no basis cable nor...

'DISGUSTING! The hotel was dirty, smelly and poor maintained. The first room o checked in was impossible as there was a heavy smoke smell. I changed room. The second room was dirty, stains on blankets, pillows linens of different colors. But the most disturbing was nails sticking out the headboard in direction of the customer heads I changed room again. The third room was again smelly and with stains on the blanket and on the pillow. At this point t I changed hotel.'

'De kamer was nog vuil, er lag nog haar in de badkamer. '

'Great place to stay conveniently located. Everything is around you that you might need. There’s 2 things first I would say would be when we were at the pool. I had a three granddaughters and one of their friends and people probably around five people. Three kids parked and came in the pool, but they never went inside as if maybe somebody worked there that they knew, and they came swimming there because they definitely did not have a room there. The second would be. They have no handicap...

'Discussing property $45 for parking elevators bad'

'O'

'I had a great time staying there. Great location, nice rooms, very nice neon sign.'

'I made it to the hotel(if you call it that) at 3:45 am because my flight was delayed. I got to the office to call and they said they cancelled my reservation and gave it to someone else. I’m like can I at least stay tonight since you already got the first day’s pay. They said no. So the biggest weekend in Austin where there was nothing to rent, I was forced to sleep in my car on the first night. It was no consideration for my flight or anything. Horrible customer service'
