We arrived for check-in but we had no info on how to do so. Had to call host for information but he was responsive enough. Checked out the rooms and bathrooms, place was clean enough, however, we noticed there was no toilet seat in the master bathroom. Then tried the master shower to check water pressure and barely any water came out, dribble only. Then we proceeded to check out the 2nd bathroom, it had a toilet seat!...but the shower/tub was missing the handle to turn it on/off. Called host and let him know of these pretty critical issues. He said he'd send someone over to take care of it. They did arrive quickly but only spoke Spanish. I showed them the problems. They were able to fix the shower pressure but said they would have to come back the next day to install a new toilet seat and shower handle. We were staying 2 nights and I said that was ok. They never showed up the next day. The TVs were a bit of a mystery, 3 remotes in the living room and the TV there is nice/big but old and very slow. It failed to load many apps like ESPN or YouTube TV. The main remote was busted up, no battery case and the direction arrows panel was missing so you had to press the sub-panel buttons. We noted the towel holders in the 2nd bathroom, one missing handle, were ripped off/not mounted. Wife took a shower in the master, pressure was great after they fixed it...however, there was no body wash in the container...so no soap. There was shampoo/conditioner though.
