'We stayed at the property for 2 nights while we were in Philadelphia for Phillies games. The apartment is in a great location and a perfect place to walk the downtown area. Shopping, food, bars etc are all close and convenient. The walk to the subway was easy - a straight shot maybe 4 or 5 blocks to Broad St to take the train to the game. 'Great location! The property was very clean, and well thought out for guests. It was a very pleasant stay. And there were family games available for entertainment, as well as television. We enjoyed playing Jenga!'

'They send the check in instructions to you before arrival. Take sometime to familiarize yourself with them because upon arrival, Philadelphia is busy and it can be hard to fumble over where to park and how to unload and get situated. The store front to the taylor shop is the front door to the apartment building. Pull up past the shop and unload in the 20 minute maximum space and then I suggest parking a 20 minute walk away through an energizing part of the city, in a public garage, to save money...

'Great location and very clean. The couch is very broken down and uncomfortable and the deck furniture has seen better days, but overall was great! May I suggest some bedside lamps for reading so the overhead lights don't have to be on all of the time. Close to lots of restaurants and SEPTA station. Loved sitting out on the balcony!'
