'The property was exactly as expected. Although small, the kitchen area has extremely good use of space. Beds were comfortable, the property was very clean, the outdoor space was nice even though we didn't use it much due to the heat. The bus runs just a block away and the light rail is also relatively easy to get to. The neighborhood is a typical neighborhood close to a downtown core. It was a quiet stay for us with no issues and I would book it again if I ever head back to Phoenix.'

'The apartment was nice, good location, bigger than expected, and the building has many amenities like gym, pool, grills, lounge that are very good. But the apartment was extremely dirty, all of it, kitchen, carpet, night table, closet, sheets, Flor, etc There was no toilet paper when I got there, one, one of the 2 towels was soaked, no shampoo or soap. I think is the worst experience that I've ever had staying at an apartment.'
