'We chose this location because it was a mile from our family. It was perfect. Lovely space, bed was very comfortable, kitchen was supplied with all needed dishes/utensils, close to restaurants, grocery, and access to main streets. Quiet neighborhood. Off-street parking. Communication with owner was incredibly reliable and friendly-checking in for comfort and if we needed anything.'

'Casita and yard was in disrepair. Ceiling electrical, beams exposed throughout entire casita. Bathroom has holes where bars missing. No towel rack, missing handle on vanity. No toilet paper, and other supplies. Bed linens poor quality no blankets, bed had 2sheets, thin cover. Casita furniture poor quality. Broken metal patio set laying around front of casita entrance. Our car had to be parked on the street, with a very long walk from car to casita on grass , from street curb, to long gravel...

'The property was roomy but had no storage. The bed (king sized) was comfortable. We washed our linens as we were told linens would be changed every 15 days. We bought a set of silverware for the kitchen as there was one knife, two spoons and a fork. The refrigerator was dorm-sized and you had to get down on your knees to get anything in it. The unit had an odor of sewer. Won't stay there, again.'

'Great unit. Fantastic location and layout. Only complaint is that the pool is locked in the middle of the building. So if your flight home is later than noon there is no way to just hang out at the pool. You would literally be locked in. And your key only works for the rooftop deck during certain hours. '
