'The room was clean except for the bathroom. No one mentioned there was a resort fee to use the pools and daily parking fee. Room service takes a very long time.'

'Nice place, good amenities, only complaint is that when we got there we had to pay for parking and they had other fees we had to pay (per day for our stay). We were there for 3 nights and had $118 work of extra fees to pay that weren’t counting on. When you go on vacation, and pay for everything ahead of time, it’s frustrating to have to be nickel and dimed for silly fees when you arrive. That put me in a bad mood right away at check in. Include all fees in the total payment!'
