'Nice property, nice and quiet while being centrally located to everything that this area of SD has to offer. You are close to Mt Rushmore, Custer State Park, Spearfish, Deadwood, and the Badlands. 'This home is in a PERFECT location for anywhere you want to check out- its close to Mt Rushmore, The Badlands, Deadwood, Black Hills, Crazy Horse and Custer State Park. We had a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath unit. Everything you would need to be comfortable was there. Overkill for our needs but perfect for a family! 'This is a great place to stay, right in the heart of downtown Deadwood. Walking distance to all the hot spots. Had several back and forth corespondents with the host and was always quick to respond. Would recommend to stay here.'

'The condo we had for five nights worked out very good for our family. It was very clean and exactly as described. A lot of room in the living room area and the kitchen had everything except a colander…Lol! Convenient location a few miles from Deadwood. It was quieter area too after long busy days. The price was very good for what we needed.'

'This was our 2nd year staying here . It's an amazing location, close to all the great sights and happenings. And quiet place to come back too when we are done for the day. There is a few maintenance things that need attention. The patio blinds were broken last year and still were this year. We brought camping chairs to sit in as the couch only really fits 2. The stools are nice but not to watch TV or play games. Bottom line this is still an excellent place to stay.'

'The stay was good. Lots of places to eat at around there, but non deliver unless you use doordash. The beds were hard and that was our only complaint for our 4 day stay.'

'Quiet, comfortable hotel. One thing I didn't realize about residential hotels is that most of the guests are there for an extended period of time so in general they will be quieter than guests at other hotels. In addition, there will be fewer children around. Excellent breakfast every morning in a clean breakfast room.'

'Overall, this house was well stocked with towels and the hot tub was great. We were thinking this would be a little more remote than it was, given a neighbor is right across the creek. The back of the house was a peaceful hillside though. We didn't realize there also wasn’t a dishwasher. While washing our own dishes was fine, the ones already put away weren’t all clean.'
