. Loft Space: The loft is an open area and includes a designated office area with high-speed internet (up to 300 Mbps) and a folding room divider with a queen bed servicing as an extra bedroom (2nd bedroom)
. Downstairs Bedroom: The third bedroom has a queen bed, and a twin bunk beds, adjacent to the full bathroom.

Parking & Entry:
. Two gated covered parking spots: No need to worry about finding parking.
. Keyless Entry: Arrive at your convenience with a secure code-base entry system.
Check in & Check out:
. Check In: After 4PM. You will receive a door code that activates at check-in time. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit ($500.00) may be required at check-in for incidental charges
. Check Out: By 11AM. Simply press the lock symbol on the keypad to check out. The Owner will be notified automatically.
Sleeping Arrangements: (max 8 people)
. Master Bedroom: King Size bed.
. Loft Area: Queen-size bed.
. Downstairs Bedroom: Queen size bed and twin bunk beds.
HOUSE RULES:
. Septic System: Please only flush toilet paper to prevent clogs. If clogs occur, a repair fee may apply.
. NO Pets Allowed & NO smoking: to ensure a clean allergen-free environment.
. Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 25 years old, and poof of ID is required when booking.
. NO Parties or Events: We strive to maintain a peaceful and respectful atmosphere for all our guest and neighbors.
. Max 8 people per booking. If additional people out of your group if found staying in our condo, then the booking will be automatically terminated without the option of a refund and $100 dollars per additional person per night will be charged.
. Trash: Trash cans are located in the garage area. Blue can for recycle and Gray can for trash. Please make sure all the trash (including recycle) is bagged appropriately before placing into the trash cans.
