'I stayed a week as my house was undergoing renovations. I am from the area and loved being so close to everything (shopping, restaurants, etc) home was clean, neat and well appointed.'

'Only negatives are couldn't change the thermostat (it was really cold in the house) and didn't respond to texts. We had neighbors come yes at us that we were using their dock. We were just standing there and got hollered at!! So awkward!'

'We did have a few little issues but communication was very quick to respond. I suggest they get a new cleaning crew. The frig was missed and it was noticeable that something had spilled inside the frig. The house is as listed. The linens where clean and ample towels where provided. We would stay here again.'

'Very nice property! Lots of room for our family to spread out. Welcomed surprise with snacks available in fridge/freezer upon our arrival (great as our flight arrived late and we did not have time for dinner)! Property lacked coffee pot (Keurig was available, but our family drinks A LOT of coffee) and grill needed to be replaced. Host very responsive when we needed dishwasher detergent and tissues.'

'This was a wonderful stay, we visited the University of Michigan for a visit and dance team clinic. The location was perfect close to everything, shops, restaurants, and bars. The property was clean and comfortable and Dina the host was responsive and helpful. Coming back in my next stay at Ann Arbor'

'We were there for UofM graduation and this house was a great place to stay without being in Ann Arbor. There was plenty of room for all of us. My only complaint is that the house seems to be in process of getting some improvements that are much needed. Things like paint, fixtures, some small holes in the walls were definitely due to be fixed or replaced. It was clean overall.'
