Modern, comfortable and spacious apartment with measures of (40 m2/ 430 sqft) with rooftop and pool.

The Department is located in a local area on one of the most important commercial avenues in Playa del Carmen. Here you can live a more local stay but having the tourist area a few minutes walk away. Around the building you can find all the necessary services, such as; small restaurants with traditional food, bakeries, greengrocers, supermarkets and pharmacies.
The space
The apartment is undoubtedly one of the most spacious and comfortable, the kitchenette has a long bar that offers enough space to cook, in addition to having most of the necessary kitchen utensils.

We know that rest is one of the fundamental aspects of a stay and that Playa Del Carmen, in general, is a somewhat noisy place at night, generally due to the party atmosphere. The local area in which the apartment is located is generally much quieter and free from loud noise from the loud music of bars and clubs until late at night compared to the tourist area.

Our guests are generally very laid back, as the apartment is not in the area where people looking to visit Playa del Carmen to party want to stay.

Other details that we integrate to improve the rest in the stay, are the following;

1. The bed is Queen Size, with an intelligent foam mattress that will guarantee an extraordinary rest.

2. The room is on the opposite side to the avenue, which considerably reduces noise.

The apartment has two air conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the living room.

The room has a "50" Smart TV that allows access to most streaming platforms.

The apartment also has a security safe.
Guest access
On our rooftop you can enjoy your day sunbathing on a lounger, cool off in the pool or enjoy an afternoon working outdoors or having a glass of wine enjoying the sunset.
Other things to note
The building is located on North 30th Avenue, so you can find transportation 24/7 since vehicular traffic is constant and therefore you can find a taxi or truck almost at any time.

The building has free parking.
