"We stayed in August for 2 weeks in the villa of Stefano and had a great time. The house was fine, everything we needed was present in the villa, as long as we kept the shutters closed during the day to keep the heat out, we kept the house cool for the nights. We had access to 2 swimmingpools (!!), where do you find that? Stefano was a great host and always very helpful with advise and information about local sights to visit. We also enjoyed the local yearly festivities which are held in August. The area is very quiet and the view from the swimmingpool or the patio is spectaular. If you want to go to more busier locations, Rome or Rieti are close enough to go to for the day. If I have to mention 1 downside, it might be the access road from the village to Stefano's hideout, It is a dirtroad with a steep hill, It might give some drivers some cold sweat, but if you have driven the road a couple of times no one should have a problem with it. Overall we had a great stay and absolutely endorse Stefano and his hillside paradise! We will come back in the future if we can. Greetings Stefano from Robin, Martina & Dennis."
