Als locatie en uitzichten zijn wat u wilt, kijk dan niet verder! Deze ongelooflijke vakantieverhuur biedt bijna 360 graden uitzicht op Granietberg, Thumb Butte, de San Fransisco Peaks en de vele andere bergketens van Noord-Arizona. Deze locatie wordt niet veel beter, op slechts enkele minuten van het centrum van Prescott, Whiskey Row, het plein, de oudste Rodeo van de wereld, Gate Way Mall en het Yavapai Regional Medical Center, om maar enkele hot spots te noemen.

De enorme gelijkvloerse unit van 1525 vierkante meter is nieuw ingericht, heeft een grote woonkamer met een grote flatscreen-tv met een keuze aan kanalen van 100, een bibliotheek met verschillende boeken en een GLOEDNIEUWE volledige keuken met alle nieuwe apparaten. De keuken is volledig gevuld met magnetron, koelkast / vriezer, gefilterd water uit de koelkast, koffiezetapparaat, koffie, broodrooster, potten, pannen, borden, enz. En een keukentafel. De doorsnede is zeer comfortabel met donzen kussens en kussens. Er is een grote slaapkamer met een nieuw kingsize bed met een andere flatscreen-tv en een eigen complete badkamer met een douche / bad. Er is een wasmachine en droger, evenals een strijkijzer en strijkplank. Het heeft 2 eigen ingangen en is uitgerust met alle voorzieningen van thuis. Het biedt ook 2 prachtige privéterrassen met uitzicht op alle prachtige uitzichten die Prescott te bieden heeft om je het gevoel te geven er even helemaal tussenuit te zijn! WiFi is inbegrepen en we hebben een lijst met de beste lokale restaurants en coffeeshops verstrekt, evenals wandel- en fietspaden. Deze unit is perfect voor alleenstaanden / koppels / gezinnen.

Lovely and peaceful

This was a very beautiful property. Cleaning fee was a bit high for 1 night. The communication was great though and very friendly, clean, and suggested dining venues with great options. Lakes are close and whiskey row was close too. Awesome night.

Pretty nice place in a good area, plenty of space for two with a very nice view from the living rooms. If you’re just hangin out watchin tv I hope you like SpongeBob because that’s one of the only cable channels that works lol. It is in a kind of basement of the house so there are people walking above you. Feels like a house under the house.

Beautiful view!

The views in the listing photos doesn’t do this place justice! It was breath taking, and very relaxing! The property was clean, classy, and comfortable! It’s also very close to downtown Prescott, with lots of cafes and restaurants along the way. The only thing I’d say is a negative is the parking instructions. Both my husband and I were confused and felt like we didn’t know where to park. It said don’t block the trash cans, park on the rocks as best we can, but don’t park on the decorative driveway. Maybe the wording should be changed? Idk but I wasn’t going to remove a star for that, maybe we were air heads. We would stay here again!

The experience was top notch. Beautiful view & comfortable facility. There are 12-15 steps on the side of the building that one has to use to get to the door, that I wasn’t fond of. I have 2 bad knees & if the stairs were listed before I locked in the dates, I just missed it. The steps were difficult for us to maneuver but we made it happen and loved the stay. I would definitely recommend this location for those who are not physically handicapped.

Cute with Gorgeous Views

Very clean and quiet with spectacular views. This is a mother-in-law suite to which the main house has access to. The stairs they show in the pictures are the only access to the suite. If you are disabled there is only one other entry to the property which you will not be able to navigate if you are in a wheelchair or crutches or have difficulty walking. Other than that the property is a very cute.

Perfect location....peace and quiet yet close to things we wanted to do.

This was a great place! It is very spacious with beautiful views of the mountains. Unfortunately for us, the weather was too cool and we did not get to enjoy the two secluded patios overlooking the hillsides. Open concept kitchen and living room with a huge couch and a new large screen TV. Very comfy king size bed. Ginormous walk-in closet. Great shower with excellent hot water pressure which I love. This is a lower level unit with the Owners living upstairs. They were immediately responsive to the few texted requests that we had....sadly we never got to meet them face to face....hopefully we will next time we stay here! A big bonus to this place....it is quiet and secluded but it's only minutes from Whiskey Row downtown and we loved The Palace Saloon!

Extremely cordial and friendly email/text communications, and it is with sincere regret that we leave a less than excellent review for these nice people. We were so grateful that they let us stay 2 nights with such short notice. The good things are that the furnishings are generous and comfy...a beautiful LARGE TV. The parking and entry are dicey. We worry about liability for these folks. The kitchen has newer functioning appliances. It's the bathroom! It's tired. Everything including the floor can be replaced with a modest budget and help from Home Depot. We sincerely wish Kelly and Jon well as it is clear they are well intentioned.

Beautiful, quiet, relaxing

This most pleasant walkout rental has beautiful views from the living room, and two lovely private patios with gorgeous views. Comfortable, clean kitchen with modern appliances, pleasant bathroom with shower-tub, and private, and spacious bedroom. Very nice furnishings. I will return, if I can.

Very Relaxing!

Home was clean and cute with amazing views! As the owners do live in the duplex level above, me and husband did not mind. The rental felt very separate and private from. It was very peaceful and in a great location and we really enjoyed our stay. Yes, I would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It was so pleasant to sit outside and enjoy the view. As other reviews state, you can hear some noise from upstairs, but it was never disruptive to us and way better than all the noise you get in a hotel! Everything was as described and the hosts were super helpful.

Its a nice place but the parking situation is awful and be careful the first step you go down is a doosie! If you want paper towels or tissues bring them I could not find any. Dont turn on the outside light we did went out for the day came back after dark the door was literally covered with bugs, my husband opened the door I ran it and scraped my knee on the chair because the room was dark and i didnt see it. Overall its a nice place I wouldn't rent it again

Prescott home with a beautiful view!!

What an AMAZING property this was. I was in town for a training and wish I could have enjoyes this property more but I WILL be back. The house was very clean, location to Prescott was great, 5 minute drive to Whiskey Row, ample shopping in the area and great communication with property manager was great!! I typically get a hotel when in the area (several times a year) but if this property is available I will stay there each trip :)
