'The property is gorgeous: beautiful views, Tuscan-style home with lovely amenities. The great room/kitchen/dining area is perfect for gathering. A primary reason we selected this property was because the listing stated 5 bedrooms but there were only 4 bedrooms + 2 roll away beds. The one bedroom had a trundle bed was located remotely on a lower level at the rear, accessed only by walking outside and down a number of steps.'

We did let the property management company know that there was a leak in the master bath water closet (looks like it had been going on for a while), the living room TV subwoofer speaker was blown and the phone in the master didn't work. Other than that, it was perfect.'

'It was very nice apartment, looked brand new. Had lots of comfort items to make it feel like home. Little things that didn’t affect my rating: shower conditioner and body weren’t refilled for our stay so ran out on day 2; we were only given 2 days worth of coffee for a 4-day stay; the master shower and sink vomited up sewage and we had to get maintenance and cleaning to fix it which was a several hour process; the property was way too crowded, especially the pools. Otherwise we had a great time...
