'We come to Florida every year for our son to receive care at the Paley Institute and this is our FAVORITE place we have stayed. We hope we can stay here each return visit! My husband and I stayed with 5 kids age 9 months-12 years and the whole thing felt very safe and welcoming. The place had everything we needed for out entire stay. The location was absolutely perfect. Close to the beach, Paley, shopping, Rosemary Square, the Zoo. Literally all our favorites. Highly recommend and will share...

Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'
