'Een heel mooi hotel in een rustige omgeving, gelegen precies tussen Tulum Pueblo en Tulum Beach. Je hebt dus wel een auto nodig. Als je van rust houdt, is dit hotel echt een aanrader. Ontbijt is wat aan de zuinige kant daarom hebben wij zelf vaak gegeten in Tulum Beach waar hele goede ontbijt tentjes zitten. 'Alles wat je nodig bent is aanwezig in de kamer. Het is schoon, ruim en de voorzieningen zijn goed. Het is fijn dat er water op de kamer is. Wij hebben genoten van het balkon, zwembad en privé strandje. Iedereen is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De lol die ze onderling hebben brengen ze over op de gasten. 'the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.'
