'Our first room had plenty of problems, the shower didn’t provide the option for the rainfall only the hand held, the temperature in the shower kept fluctuating from hot to cold, the safe was defective, the sliding door leading to the balcony wasn’t opening and closing properly. The concierge was very pleasant and helpful, even assisting my family to change to another room. Overall experience was top notch. '

'Een heel mooi hotel in een rustige omgeving, gelegen precies tussen Tulum Pueblo en Tulum Beach. Je hebt dus wel een auto nodig. Als je van rust houdt, is dit hotel echt een aanrader. Ontbijt is wat aan de zuinige kant daarom hebben wij zelf vaak gegeten in Tulum Beach waar hele goede ontbijt tentjes zitten. 'Room was beautiful, staff were fantastic and the food was great. Lots of options for restaurants. Book restaurants when you arrive so can get in if busy. The atmosphere and entertainment was great. We had a swim up room that we enjoyed thoroughly as the pool off our deck was beautiful. The beds were super comfortable and we would recommend El Dorado Royale to anyone looking for a relaxing beautiful all inclusive resort. '

'Abba was amazing! First time in México, my daughter and I spent her 8th birthday there. Our stay was quiet, and it felt like we were the only ones there! I loved that the beach club was right out the back door and the servers were amazing :) Uber from the condo to our friends resort was only $3USD. Irie stated that there would be security during the night when something was up. We didn’t expect we would be needing them, also since the hotel isn’t located in the ‘party’ area.
