'It is near a main road with strange access and no back door to the beach. Butt overall it is part of the Marriott so good'

'The room was cozy and clean with ac. The staff was helpful about planning out our day and went above and beyond. Breakfast was also a very nice touch and enjoyed by the family. Would stay here again. Thanks to the team at Casa Gem.'

'The location seafront is beautiful, nice restaurant with the seaview'

'Skip (and Doobie) are amazing hosts! They have a beautiful and peaceful Hacienda! Our room also had a very luxurious feel to it. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return whenever the opportunity arises again. Thank you!'

'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

Verder prima! Aardig personeel! Echt een aanrader!'

'Very nice staff . Pool was very clean . Variety of food'

'Our first impression of the resort was positive, but once we settled in and spent more time on the property, we quickly realized the overall experience was underwhelming. The cleanliness of the rooms could definitely be improved. The floors felt dirty, and there was noticeable dust underneath the bed. The property overall needs bettermaintenance and updates, as there were several areas of visible damage, including holes and other issues throughout the resort. We also experienced indoor flooding...

Goed ontbijt variatie genoeg. Kamers zijn vochtig en wat muffig.'

'The place is very colorful. The room was simple, a bit old, but clean. Wifi worked well. The manager and other guests were very nice. I had a good stay.'

'Bonito lugar y muy amable personal.'
