The hosts did such a wonderful time with all their little details from cozy blankets by the door to sit on the patio with to beside mints. Everything was so thought out and made our stay so relaxing. We enjoyed having a grill to utilize so we could really enjoy their incredible views and relax. We will definitly be back to visit again!'

The home and grounds/neighborhood are simply great and Thomas was a wonderful and responsive host. 'We spent most of our visit watching the cormorants out the window or on the back deck, when it was warm enough. Although we missed the sunrise, we did enjoy the sunsets. The house was a block away from Localz, which was a great spot for dinner and drinks. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated and had every amenity you would need.'

'The property was in a great location, not a long walk to a small beach. We had a group together for a memorial service, and were able to sleep 16. It was clean and pleasant. Some tips: - the seafood store down the road is amazing and cute - if you are a chef type, bring knives - 2 bathrooms for 16 ppl can get a little tight, so make sure your group is ready to share the space, etc. Overall, a great and affordable way to get a group of ppl together for a quiet gathering. 'The home was exactly as advertised, and while small, the open space was plenty roomy for our group of 3-4 adults plus an infant. The kitchen and bath were neat and contemporary. We really appreciated the little things…all the dishes/pots & pans, and glassware that we needed, but also games and other things (binoculars!) to help us enjoy our stay. The best part - the location! At the end of the point with private access to the bay, and a lovely deck to enjoy the gorgeous water views - we couldn’t...

'We were up visiting our son at MMA and found this house. It was very clean and made spending the weekend with our son feel like home instead of a hotel. Would highly recommend this house and will definitely try to stay there again.'

'Best place we’ve stayed at and our family travels quite a bit. We loved the cottage and the garage is such a bonus and fun place to hang out. The neighbors were great as well and allowed the cousins to play a football game in their yard. My brothers that came to visit now want to book a stay for a weekend sometime soon.'

'This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. The only thing I didn't like was that the path down to the beach is alongside of this cottage and when coming off the beach, everyone is passing the back deck. Otherwise,...
