'There were repairs made to the wall inside the room. Plaster was all over the wall and carpet. The bathroom had clean towels, but the tub was not clean. Used soap and hair still in the tub, on the shower wall and floor beside the toilet. Even saw a large bed bug crawling on the pillow on the bed.'

'The Best Western person (Keith is his name) managing the breakfast process and area was outstanding. He does a phenomenal job and is a "behavior" model for all Best Western employees. I will stay at this property again because of this impressive person.'

'Desk person on the evening of the 2nd was not very helpful. We had to wait in the lobby over 20 minutes to get a room. Desk person said she was waiting to hear what room was clean. Once at our room, tried to get the TV to work; it turned on but we couldn’t get a picture. After 30 minutes of trying, attempted to call the front desk. Only static on the phone. No one answered. Went back to the front desk, same person there reported TVs were new and she couldn’t help. No one from maintenance to help...

'Room could have been cleaner. No hand soap and only a few Kleenex left in dispenser. Okay four a one night stay. Plenty of parking and breakfast was acceptable.'

'Het positive aan dit hotel is dat het aan de overkant van de straat ligt van pretpark Kings Dominion. Verder was het een wat kleine kamer. De kamer was vies en er hing een vreemde geur in het hotel.
