'We had a fantastic stay! Our group included my husband and I, our kids, my mother, and two of our friends and their kids (5 adults plus children ages 3-9). Each one of us had a wonderful time. We visited during the busy, popular 2024 eclipse time and spent an extended weekend relaxing and enjoying the lake view from the sunroom, the pier, the fire circle (perfect eclipse viewing spot!), and the back porch. 'It is a nice little place to stay. Has all the basics furnished. The stairs going up were fun for my kids, not so much for me, they are very steep. It is a very nice home. In a quiet neighborhood. The town is great, along with the sightseeing options that are very close.'

'It was a nice house with plenty of room for everyone. We had everything we needed while we were there and it's within walking distance of all the shops on Main Street. Just be prepared to hear the trains go by at all hours of the day and night.'

'Very clean and well maintained. It wasn't a problem, but directions were given to leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher. However, there was not a dishwasher to be found in the kitchen other than my granddaughter. Ha, Ha!'

'This property is a very relaxing lake front rental tucked away in nature. Owner was receptive to any and all concerns. There were only 2 of us plus a small dog so we had plenty of room. 'Have stayed there before and loved it. This stay not so much the bathrooms needed some attention, but can easily be overlooked, the cabin on the otherhand was not, the beds,and bed linens were absolutely clean and tidy that was about it. Now there are canoes and floaters coming and going ruining the peaceful feeling, it just felt to much like being at Saddler falls or one of those places.'
