Cottage could use a bit of maintenance on front door floor pad, made it awkward going in and out.and bathroom door knob ready to fall off Shower hot and cold backwards, made for interesting discovery. 'We come to San Diego every summer and this has been our favorite house so far! Every room was so comfy and accommodating. Wish all of the rooms had TV’s but that’s nothing major. Washer and dryers are a must for a family of 10, having two sets was a life saver! We loved the location and will be returning next summer!'

'Had a great stay at this two story condo just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We had three adult couples, one bedroom per couple for a weekend and we were very comfortable with the space. The kitchen, dining and living areas were spacious as well, although it would be nice to have an additional seating around the TV (there was only one couch when we were there). It was a wonderful short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We had a little difficulty with the garage; as indicated, it is...

'Easy check in, everything about the unit was exactly as advertised. Parking in the garage is a bit tough because the alley is very narrow (don't have a large rental vehicle!) Location can't be beat - incredibly close to Mission Beach, Belmont Park, restaurants, etc.'

Great location

"Great location! They have a few bicycles to go to the beach. The neighbourhood has some fine restaurants. You can walk to the ferry that brings you into the Gaslamp district. Unfortunately the price for this 3 minute cross-over is priced a 8 US$ single journey. "
