'We do a trip and gather for a big dinner a few times a year. We seen this estate and this was the location where we wanted to enjoy. House was perfect for all of the different age kids and. Adults. Location closed to many beach’s and restaurants. Over all amazing time and the host was the best I have had on the VRBO app. So I would recommend this location to anyone that asked. '

'This property is perfect for families, friends, and large groups with 4 bdrm 3 bath in main house and 2 bdrm 1 bath in lower back house. Plenty of towels and kitchen stocked with dishes. Family games provided that we used connect 4 and tic tac toe. We brought out Monopoly, but didnt get time to play. Few minutes drive to the beach and SeaWorld. 20 min to San Diego Zoo, 40min to Legoland. Unobstructed view of SeaWorld fireworks at night.
