Nog een geweldig huis van AnaheimVakantiehuis. com! Kom naar ons prachtige zwembadhuis, perfect ingericht voor 4+ gezinnen. Ons huis is van binnen naar buiten ingericht en gerenoveerd.

Er zijn drie Cal-king meesters met en-suites en twee kinderkamers op de begane grond. Boven op de zolder een queen size slaapkamer met een ensuite. De twee kinderkamers zijn vol stapelbedden met een gedeelde badkamer op de gang. Alle slaapkamers hebben 47-inch lcd-tv's. De badkamers zijn allemaal prachtig opgewaardeerd met marmeren werkbladen, verbeterde hardware en aangepaste betegelde douches. De hal badkamer heeft een aparte douche en bad. Hardhouten vloeren lopen door

Ruime open concept woonkamer. Prachtig opgewaardeerde keuken met roestvrijstalen apparaten: fornuis / oven, koelkast, magnetron en vaatwasser. Veel zitplaatsen aan de aangepaste eetkamertafel met extra zitplaatsen op het kookeiland. Main Living Room heeft 60 'TV met dvd-speler en Time Warner's top 250 kanalen. Hi-Speed draadloos internet is inbegrepen.

Een full-size wasmachine en droger direct naast de keuken, evenals een tweede woonkamer. Beide secties in de woonkamer bevatten tweepersoonsbedden. De speelkamer bevindt zich in de kelder met ping pong en een tafelvoetbal. Er zijn kinderwagens, kinderstoel en stoelverhoger voor uw baby's en peuters. Home heeft Central Air & Heat. Queen luchtbed beschikbaar in het huis voor extra bedden.

Ontspan in ons gloednieuwe bruisende zwembad met jacuzzi in de achtertuin. We controleren en regelen de temperatuur voor u op afstand vanuit ons kantoor om te zorgen dat deze aan en op temperatuur is wanneer u aankomt. Geniet van onze buiten zitplaatsen, aardgas BBQ Grill. Alle meubels, meubels, enz. Zijn nieuw vanaf april 2016. 6-7 mijl naar Disneyland en ongeveer 6-7 mijl naar Anaheim Convention Center.

My family stayed there and were very happy with the house layout and all the provided amenities. They loved the pool and spa, and having an open kitchen with a huge dining table allowed everyone to eat together. The property managers were quick to communicate and answered any questions we had immediately. The internet was a bit slow, and some of the bedsheets had a weird smell to them - but we had access to a washer and dryer to fix that. The only other complaints we had were due to the city's strict laws and are out of the property management's control - no visitors, no stopping/parking on the sidewalk, no more than 4 cars. Overall, my family enjoyed their stay and would rebook this property if they ever come back to California.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. It was so nice to have ensuite bedrooms for about everyone. Loved the gathering spaces and the lay out of the house. The location was great for going to Disney and the beach. Fun to come back to a pool and hot tub each day. Thank you for a lovely stay! We will be back!

Property is nice and the property managers are very responsive. Lots of room and nice amenities. There are some strict city rules that were fine for our group but may feel restrictive. All rules are shared well before you arrive. Close to Disney and the beach.

Lots of room for our youth group of 17 and kids and four chaperones. Pool was clean and warm. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores, and all the tools to cook for our group were available in the home. It got a bit windy as we arrived during the LA fires, but an overall comfortable stay.

We brought 3 sisters (all in their 90's) together with a few cousins for a one week visit. We loved the large dining room, 2 large living areas, the pool, the ample outdoor seating, nice linens in the bedroom and a great app that had everything you needed to be aware of. The design of the home ensures there is a lot of privacy for each bedroom. We especially liked the neighborhood. It was very quiet and owners in the area took pride in their home and landscape.

Pros The home was very nice and very roomy. The pool and hot tub was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a lot of things. Cons The jets did not come on in the hot tub and the waterfall in the pool area never came on. The waterfall in the hot tub ran a lot. We did not like that we could not sit out in the backyard after being out all day and unwind and enjoy the hot tub at night. We could not sit out on the patio and have a cup of coffee before 9 AM. We could not have any music outside even when it was within the noise ordinace hours. We could not enjoy the game room after 10 PM. The lawncare workers were there before 8 AM with loud blowers and woke everyone up. The neighbor dogs barked when we were in the hot tub. They barked early morning and late night. We paid a cleaning fee but were asked to pull the trash to the curb, load the dishwasher and start it, wash all beach towels and fold and put them away, and start a load of towels washing before we left the morning of departure. There were several cosmetic items that need to be taken care of. I sent a video of everything when we arrived and when we left because of all the strict rules and excessive associated fines posted throughtout the house. There were so many strict rules that we spent a lot of time trying to make sure everything was perfect and couldn't just relax and enjoy the home. That's why my overall rating was a 4 star.

We had a great time. The house was a perfect fit for our family of 12. The basement play area is convenient, cool, and the foos ball especially fun. We did need to replace the ping pong net and paddles as they were broken. That’s the only reason I am giving a four star. The pool and spa are amazing!!! The kids played from morning till night. Thank you! We will be back!!

Our family came to town for a wedding and all stayed in the home together. It was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. It was nice to have so many bathrooms and spaces to spread out. The pool was lovely. There were some maintenance issues (doors that got stuck closed, spa jets not working, a/c vent that leaked onto a top bunk, a broken iron). Jeff, the maintenance person, was easy to reach and very communicative. Before realizing the spa jets were broken, I had asked the property manager how to operate them. I didn't get the help (or responsiveness) I hoped for. I'd recommend this property management company do regular checks on their property to keep it in tip top condition. While I appreciate Jeff's responsiveness and communication, due to factors out of his control most of the issues didn't get resolved until the final day of our stay and impacted our experience.

Had a great time here. Lots of space but also we’ll set up for everyone to get together in the same room to hang out. Lots of space in the kitchen and living room for socializing and gathering. Huge table with lots of chairs that let us all eat Easter dinner together! Rooms were great too, home was fully stocked with everything we needed and more.

We had 16 on our family trip to Disneyland, plenty of space and bedrooms for all. Very nice to have ensuites in most of the bedrooms. We did have a hiccup with the alarm on the sliding door on a Saturday evening however they had it repaired promptly on Sunday morning. Tons of cookware, plates and cupboard storage. Great location with all amenities a short drive away.

We have a large, family with 12 adults and 8 grandchildren, the property was perfect to accommodate everyone in a bedroom. The pool and hot tub were the biggest hit with the family, also the large kitchen table provided hours of family time eating and playing games. The kitchen was well equipped to feed and serve this group. Everything was as advertised, we will stay again..

Beautiful property with plenty of room (and bathrooms!) for 14 people. We really enjoyed the huge dining table that everyone could gather around together all at once. The property manager was very responsive whenever I had a question. Overall was a wonderful stay!

We loved this home. Plenty of room for everyone. About a 10 minute, easy drive to Disney. Perfect home for a large family. Alarm on the back door was so helpful. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Bathroom with each bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.
