'Great location to restaurants in downtown Little Rock. Being pet friendly was a huge plus! Space for our small dog to walk and potty. Older home with historic charm. The 2 upstairs beds require you to walk through one to get to the other which worked out for our toddler but might be awkward for other guests. Great communication with owner and easy checkin and access etc.'

Only wish the weather had been more cooperative as we were not able to sit outside on the porch and enjoy it. Beautiful home with everything needed to cook and enjoy. Met the owners and they were absolutely delightful and helpful with ideas to do while there.'

'We needed a place for 7 people and this little cottage was perfect. Everything was great. The Breakfast was delicious and the house was clean. We even had nice bath-robes to use and a beautiful spot to sit and relax in the backyard. This place was great! I would definately stay again.'

'The Rosemont is simply one of the best places we stayed at in all of Arkansas. It was only for one night on a road trip across the state, but it could not have been more perfect. Clean, cozy, cutely decorated, smelled good, unique, safe, walkable neighborhood, interesting things to see and eat and do nearby. Oh and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Reasonably priced for all the bonuses of staying there, and the communication was excellent to boot. Would absolutely stay there again.'
