'Host did not respond to two emails, never provided access information. VRBO tried to contact her twice by phone, no answer. Ended up refunding me and providing an extra credit to use for a rebook - but nothing was available for the timeframe I was down here in St Pete; fortunately I was able to stay with friends, but that should Not have happened. Poor service from the host. Great service from VRBO, but no help due to the events going on in town so no availability.'

'Doug and Candy were the perfect hosts. The unit was fully stocked--there was nothing that we needed. The bed was super comfortable, and came with extra pillows which you don't find in a lot of rentals. Plenty of towels including beach towels. The outdoor space was very nice for enjoying your favorite beverage especially in the morning and early evening. The location was perfect--very close to the beaches of Anna Maria Island and LECOM Park for spring training. We highly recommend renting this...
