'We adored St Pete 3 Minutes to Pier! The location is perfect for walking downtown and to Tampa Bay. The property was spotless, comfortable, and the location was perfect. We came down for a short vacation, and three of us were very comfortable staying here. The owners were very responsive when we needed help with something, and we loved the little touches like coffee pods and bottled water. I would highly recommend this property!'

'I was very pleased with my stay in this unit! The space was clean with a very nice, updated kitchen. Everything was in great condition and the location was phenomenal! It was a 1-2 minute walk to the beach with a convenient pedestrian crosswalk right there. We walked to get ice cream, walked to Johns Pass, walked to breakfast. No need for a rental car! I will definitely be staying here again! Only negative was no washer and dryer, so bring plenty of clothes.'

'We had an awesome time at Mike’s place! We arrived early after driving from Michigan and he let us check in early. The condo was clean and new, and the AC worked awesome. Having the hose and shower to rinse off was a great plus.'

'Great accomodations. Very cozy and comfortable. Very nice duplex unit perfect for me and my significant other. The location is ideal for access to beaches, restaurants, and recreational activities. I really appreciated the great communication I had with the property owner / manager Stephan. I also have to say it was one of the better vacations we have ever had. Beautiful Anna Maria Island is one of my favorite places to visit. We look forward to going back in the near future.'

'We loved this property and location! Quiet area. Walking distance to beach and Coco’s Crush Bar and Grill. The property was decorated nicely in beach decor. We loved the pool, grill, beach chairs/buggy, washer/dryer. Short drive to Clearwater, John’s Pass and St Pete. We had a great time! '
