'Our group has been staying at this house every Jan/Feb for the last few years for our annual St. Johns river fishing trip. There is lots of room for our group of 12 guys and the owner is easy to deal with. We plan to return each year and this is the best house on the river in Astor that our group all agrees on staying. Thank you Mark for letting us enjoy this awesome house on the river!'

'House was very clean. Some shampoo… some soap and toothpaste supplied. Kitchen supplies…condiments , clothes detergent, toilet paper… you will need to buy. For any home in Villages… it would be good to better understand the golf cart paths… give more instruction. We used the maps app on our phone and put in for 🚲 since carts and bike paths are shared in The Villages. It took a a day or two to figure that out… not all roads are golf cart friendly. Mark was great about switching out the bikes...

'The Ovedale lodge was super cute and affordable while we were showing at WEC! It had all we needed for sleeping and even some light cooking! It accommodated all 5 of us pretty comfortably as well as our pug. The space was small, but quite comfy. We will stay there again.'
