'The house was lovely, the yard needed mowing badly. Was disappointed the yard was not fenced. We thought a pet friendly property would have a fenced yard. The neighborhood was awful. We tried to not go out at night. Neighbors had large groups of people outside almost all the time they played loud vulgar music. The yard had little cockle burrs bad. They got into our little 6 pound senior dogs fur so bad we had to take him to the animal er to get them out on Saturday.'

'The property was absolutely beautiful, trails were awesome and really felt secluded in the woods. The living space was perfect and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the fire pit and fishing in the creek. The perfect getaway!'

'Nice cozy place with good amenities like hot tub, small firepit, creek access for good fishing and comfortable furnishings inside the house. Our only small let down, if you can even call it that, was that the location was not as secluded as we thought. It's pretty close to town and the other cabins on the property are pretty close by which makes it feel not as secluded as we hoped for. Overall, I would say 8.5 out of 10 rating though. Thanks.'

'The place was close enough to the city to be convenient but far enough away to feel like you are truly getting out of town. Communication was effortless with owner and their assistant. Very friendly people. Our weekend didn’t go as planned due to flooding in the area but the owners were very quick to jump in to make our stay easier.'

'This home was exactly as advertised. Very clean and just as pictured. We had no problems with the property at all. There are a few small details that would have made my overall stay 5 star. Having use of the garage for my handicapped mother would have made it more convenient to enter the home especially with the heavy rain conditions. Also, the no pets if any kind, even service animals seems unfair to those who require them. It didn't apply to our situation,but it doesn't seem right. Finally,...

'Its new. Only ONE TV IN THE HOUSE. There wasn’t a coffee pot :( not enough towels. The heat control is locked in box and you have to ask to have it changed. (Pain) there aren’t any trash cans.???? No blinds in the back and side of the house and it’s really dark there. I’d recommend adding more towels. Putting up some curtains. And certainly get a coffee pot. (It was listed on the amenities). 'Message from Parent liaison who stayed: Not enough towels and they knew we were coming. They did reimburse the parent for the towels and sheets: $35. The couches that pull out to sleep on were soiled and they didn't provide any sheets for a barrier (parent purchased). House was neat, but not deep cleaned.
