'The property is actually a duplex, 2 separate units. If you have a large group where you all want to be under the same roof the entire time then this may be an issue. I had my 2 adult children and it actually worked well as they had their own space to retreat to. We are on different schedules so worked well as we could go to bed and get up without much worry. Walking distance to some great local restaurants and shops, and a very short drive to everything else. Clean and well appointed condo with private covered parking on a shady quite street, quintessential South Austin as I remember it from my time as a resident 25 years ago. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again! '

'We picked this place for its proximity to S. Congress St. so that we could walk to restaurants/shopping/music. It worked well for our group of 8 women. Fire pit area was nice to happy hours. '

'We had an incredible stay here. The property is beautiful and clean and the outdoor area is so nice and relaxing. I had a college reunion with 7 girls and we stayed here very comfortably. The location is incredible, just a short walk to Barton springs and the trail. Host is very attentive and nice. There are sky lights in most of the rooms including bedrooms so if you’re wanting to sleep in I would bring a sleep mask. '
