'A perfect property in a perfect location with easy access to many neighborhoods and music venues. Austin had a lot of traffic, but this location made it seem less oppressive. great host and just a great space!'

'My friends and I stayed at this property to view the eclipse in Austin. It is conveniently located to downtown in a peaceful suburb. Plenty of food options close by. The house was very well stocked with necessities and extra items which lend to having a good time with friends. Eugene was great at communicating and really wanted us to feel comfortable at his property. We didn't have tons of people stay, but there were so many areas where people could sleep or just hang out. 'With as many people as we had and with various ages, we needed to use the screened in porch every day. It was so dirty that two of us had to sweep, dust and take the cushions out to beat the dirt out of them. There were ants and two people were bit. Otherwise the home was clean inside.'

'Beautiful kitchen, ton of space being 4 beds and 4 baths. We were a less than 5 minute walk from South Congress, even with a 4 yr old. Check in was seamless, house had all the basics we needed and we were able to park our one minivan in the driveway space.'

'We just spent one night. The owners were very responsive- they gave us an early check in, so we could get ready for a mid afternoon wedding. We had a slight hiccup with getting in- they were very quick to correct the situation. The place was very quiet for a city spot- I usually use ear plugs, but forgot them this trip. Slept great anyway! Bed was comfy, towels were fluffy. Not fancy, but very nice.'

'We rented this house since we had family and friends a few blocks away. It was the perfect size for the 6 of us! The check in process was seamless and the check out process was even more seamless since I was so used to emptying trash cans and stripping beds etc. we literally didn’t have to do anything but lock the place up…def would recommend to anyone and we will be back!'

'Dylan's place is just up the road from the Barton Creek Trail, which is perfect for runners (like us), cyclists, and anyone looking for outdoor adventures. Our 3 Mile run took us into the heart of downtown Austin and after exploring the city we chose to walk back one day and had immediate rideshare options when we stayed downtown for dinner the next day. We will definitely stay at this property again.'

'Aside from some hiccups with figuring out the parking space sliding gate and the delayed knob turn required to use the keyless entry code, our stay was pretty perfect. Spacious multi level living for privacy and very comfortable mattresses with luxury bedding. Two large smart tvs. In house washer and dryer. Roof deck with chairs and table. Within walking distance to really great restaurant options and shopping. If you walk away from SoCo, there are walking trails — a pretty, quiet way to access...

'Check-in was as described and very easy. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and large. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, large refrigerator, ice maker and all the necessary things. The washing machine (even with detergent) and dryer in the apartment in a separate room were very practical. As requested, we had an apartment on the 9th floor with a view of downtown.
