Building entrance was clean and it was pretty quiet when we were there. Host is very easy to communicate with. Kitchen and close proximity to Wegmans for groceries could be helpful to some. 'Our stay in Midtown Manhattan was a true New York experience. The location was unbeatable — walking distance to just about everything, which made exploring the city effortless. Having plenty of nearby parking options was a huge plus, especially in such a busy area. The space itself was compact, as expected for the city, but functional for our needs. The only downside was the condition of some of the furniture, particularly the couch, which was noticeably worn and in need of replacement....
