'The room was set up much different than other hotels. The shower was open to the room with your bed, there were no side tables next to the bed, no lamps, no plugs or clock. The sink did not drain, the faucet leaked. When I told the staff, they just said ok. The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were flat, and the room smelled like weed or a strange smell. There was not a blow dryer either.'

'The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen area is open concept to living area and well set up. The patio looks out over the pool but it was very quiet at night. The only drawback is the property access is through an app for each door and you have to scroll through each description to find the correct access. Parking garage is large into fit a 3/4 pickup in with no problems. I would definitely stay again. The walk to the NRG center is not bad. One block over and through...

'Room wasn’t the cleanest. Found someone’s sock on the floor. Bathroom vanity is rusting. Killed a roach in the bathroom. Employees at the front desk talking to each other instead of helping me. Parking is $25 a day why? Elevator takes foreverrrrr. '
