ONZE CONDO: Dit condominium bevindt zich in gebouw E, dat het beste uitzicht biedt op St. John en de Britse Maagdeneilanden. Wat het meest verbazingwekkende aan dit luxe appartement is, zijn de spectaculaire zonsopgangen die u zult ervaren vanuit de woonkamer, het dek EN uw slaapkamer! Deze luxe unit bevindt zich op de begane grond van het E-gebouw en is een HOEK-unit, wat betekent dat u een helderdere unit hebt met een groter deksysteem. Eén stap van je terras en je staat in het zachtste witte zand. Neem nog 12 stappen en je voelt de warme wateren van het Caribisch gebied. Onze eenheid slaapt vier comfortabel. We hebben zowel een gloednieuw kingsize matras als een nieuwe queensize slaapbank. Onze suite heeft een slaapkamer met een gloednieuwe flatscreen-tv, een bureau en een kingsize bed. Het appartement heeft een woonkamer met kabel, dvd-speler en nieuwe SONY SmartFlat-tv. NETFLIX is inbegrepen - GRATIS. Er is een onlangs gerenoveerde keuken, gloednieuwe apparaten met alle voorzieningen van een luxe keuken. Onze keuken heeft alle nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten, waaronder een magnetron / heteluchtoven en een glazen kookplaat. We hebben alle keukenapparatuur die je nodig hebt: blender voor je drankjes, broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat, theepot voor theedrinkers en een George Foreman grill. Loop gewoon naar de jachthaven en kies verse vis die die dag is gevangen om te grillen! Mahi mahi, tandbaars, kreeft, om er maar een paar te noemen! Enkele van de extra's die we hebben zijn koffie / filters, theezakjes, folie en saran wraps, papieren handdoeken, zeep en shampoo. De badkamer heeft een gloednieuwe douche, een dubbele wastafel en toilet. Het uitzicht vanuit de badkamer is zelfs spectaculair met een prachtig uitzicht op alle jachten in de jachthaven. Ik zal het terrasterras nog een keer noemen, want je zult het grootste deel van je vroege ochtend- en late avonduren daar doorbrengen! Het kijkt uit op prachtige St. John. Je kunt luisteren naar de betoverende golven terwijl je ontspant en een drankje (of twee) drinkt terwijl je geniet van ons kleine stukje paradijs. Er is zoveel te doen tijdens uw verblijf in het paradijs .... u kunt direct buiten uw unit snorkelen, u kunt kajaks, zeilvissen, golflopers, paddle-boarding en nog veel meer gebruiken!
Als u niet op het strand wilt zijn, kunt u naar ons zwembad met twee niveaus lopen en genieten van de zon terwijl u uitkijkt over St. John en de Britse Maagdeneilanden op de achtergrond. Er zijn twee GLOEDNIEUWE vanaf 12/1/2018 coffeeshop en restaurant op het terrein. Servers lopen zelfs over het strand voor drankbestellingen .... wordt niet eenvoudiger dan dat!
Last but not least, het huren van een auto is eenvoudig, maar vergeet niet dat we aan de ANDERE kant van de weg rijden! Veel autoverhuurbedrijven, Hertz, Dollar, Budget, Discount Car Rental; allemaal beschikbaar om een auto te huren.
Dit is een vrij nieuwe aanbieding, dus het appartement is in perfecte staat. Ziet er niet versleten of moe uit ... eigenaar houdt het onberispelijk met stranddecor en accessoires.
Alle 5-sterrenrecensies met veel terugkerende klanten ..... tweede bezoek krijgt altijd korting .... en een fles wijn!

Bed was comfortable but furniture was not . Kitchen sink was full of dirty water and sludge and could not get any hot water out of kitchen sink faucet. Bathroom shower was nice but lacked safety bar.

My wife and I came down to celebrate our 35th. It is the perfect quiet corner spot right next to the marina. Quiet with a little bit of hustle as the boats go in and out. Fun to watch. Beautiful sunrise every morning as the sun comes over St John. Perfect for the early riser. The communication with the owner was amazing. We texted a few times for direction. The response was immediate and respectful. The condo itself is clean and cozy. Shower is worthy. Bed is comfortable. Sapphire beach is a moments walk down the beach. The pool is cool fresh water and 100 yards from your patio. There are 4 options for food in the local. All of which are excellent! The Pizza is surprisingly Amazing! Having your own kitchen in the condo saved us tons. This was by far the perfect spot! We would not have wanted to be anyplace else on the island, or resort. We like it quiet. Enjoy without concern! I will add that if you plan to do any sort of site seeing, rent a car. The cab fares will drive you mad and will pay for the rental at least once. But this has nothing to do with my review just a lesson learned.

The view from the unit will take your breath away. The property was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The owners were very responsive and nice. It was so relaxing. Sapphire Beach is beautiful. It has everything you would need to have a wonderful relaxing break. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, our stay was nice. The space is nice and the pictures are accurate. The location right on Sapphire Beach is great. Overall, communication with the owner was ok, until the end. The largest problem was the power outages, which are not mentioned in the ad. Unknown to me, the island has had problems with blackouts since April 2024, meaningful this was not a new problem The power was out for the better part of 3 days out of the 7 days we were there. I feel the owners have an ethical duty to let people know about the power outages so people can make an informed decision. There are people that have medical devices or have to have reliable wifi access. There was a mildew smell in the condo and turns out there was a hole in the wall between the toilet and the shower. The shower head was leaking in the wall. So the owners told me that they would like to offer us a free week next year due to all the troubles we had. I thought that was great. We'll, after we leave and get home, the landlord states the cleaner said, among other things, that there P0were three pounds of sand in the condo. THREE pounds! The amount of sand in the unit was minimal. Also was accused of leaving food all over the floor. I cleaned everything thoroughly and picked up before we left. There's a seaweed collection business here that uses back holes which really damage the parking lot and detract from the overall appeal. Also, there's no designated parking. We oftenh had to park 3 buildings down.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. Loved that it was a corner unit, next to the marina. We did have a good bit of sargasm directly in front of us, but the crew worked around the clock to keep that part of the beach clean. The beach in front of building C in front of the beach bar never seemed to have that issue. The whole place is phenomenal- a couple restaurants, shops and bars on property were fabulous and so convenient. Our room was great, very clean, comfortable bed and all my husband and I needed. We appreciate the host letting us stay, we had a terrific vacation.

My wife and I have vacationed on Saphire Beach annually since 2017. This unit is in Building E and has the perfect sunrise and constant breeze! This is an end unit so you only share one wall with neighbors and you have side windows that was a nice change. The kitchen has all the basics offered to make meals throughout the week and walking distance to the restaurant up the hill or the beach bar or the other restaurants at the beach. We will return to building E for the cool breeze

This property was so nice. We enjoyed getting up every morning and sitting on the patio and listening to the ocean. It is literally 12 steps off the patio. Lots of area restaurants, plus a few right there on the property. We are already planning our next trip and we plan to stay at this property again.

Everything was great. The unit was clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable. Towels and linens were high quality as well. The corner unit offered a wrap around porch with views of the marina. It also made the breeze much greater. Finally the view was fantastic. Right on the water with views of the islands that are second to none.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights on the way home from Tortola. Property was as described on VRBO. Very beachy decorating. Great location. Close enough to Sapphire Beach, but far enough away to seem private. It was very quiet. We liked being so close to the water. There was usually a nice breeze coming off the ocean. There is sand right out from the condo, but it is very rocky in the water. No one went in the ocean there, so we didn't try to either. But the main beach is close by. We ate at the beach bar and the food was good. Also ate breakfast sandwiches from the coffee shop a couple of times that were very good. We also walked to nearby Sudi's restaurant for two meals and liked them both. The owner was nice and very responsive when I emailed her about a couple of things. I would recommend this condo to family and friends!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Everything you need is there. The host is very nice and responsive. The location is fantastic, close to the beach and pool but very quiet with beautiful views. We can't wait to be back! Thanks for having us.

My sister was getting married at Sapphire Beach, so staying as close as possible made the most sense. The unit we were in was beautiful, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The resort is beautiful, and the beaches are beyond words. My husband and I are already planning our next trip for ourselves where we can spend more time doing our own thing and enjoying more of what the islands have to offer. The host of this unit provides evrything you need, along with all the little extras you don’t think about, but are grateful to have. She was easy to work with, and communication was stellar.

Absolutely loved the condo and the area. The pool was PHENOMENAL!! We had a few small issues and they were addressed promptly. The view from the condo is as nice as pictured. Chad who seems to run the store/pizza place was so helpful too. The trip to St. John was awesome. We went to Maho beach. It was beautiful. I think I'd rent a car next time, at least for a few days. Though the taxis were plenty and readily available. We will definitely return!

The condo was very clean and the view of the bay was beautiful. The beach outside the condo was slick and rocky, but sandy Sapphire beach was only a few hundred yards down, so the walk was not a big deal. The only thing that caught me by surprise was a misinterpretation on my part of the condo photos. I was thinking it was a two bedroom, but in it's a one bedroom with a fold out couch. The only other issue was roof construction repair all week which was a little annoying but not a deal breaker. Overall, I was happy with the vacation.
