They facility is not close enough to the freeway to hear the noise, that part was especially noticeable. And the breakfast, alright very typical, was enjoyable. 'We arrived for a one night stay since we had a flight to catch at 6 in the morning. E arrived a bit after 7pm. We showered, ate and tried to get some sleep. By 10pm our room was still too warm to be comfortable. The AC was set to its lowest setting and not blowing cold. I went to the front desk and explained our issue and was told, it's just because it's been hot out and needs time to cool down. 'Convenient location to arenas and lots of downtown dining options and bars within walking distance. Check in was chaotic. Valet was overwhelmed with a backlog of cars, nowhere to drop it off, and ended up being told just to block a driveway. Trash in the gutters all up and down Central Ave in front of the entrance. Our room wasn’t ready, even after check in time. Told to wait at the bar. Did offer free drinks but one bartender there and also overwhelmed (ignoring some people who were waiting and...

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'
