'We liked the location of this hotel—it's right on campus or just across the street, making it feel safe and convenient. You’re only a couple of blocks away from fast food, Walgreens, and the bus, which was so convenient. The area feels regal and historic with beautifully manicured lawns, and everything was just as pictured. The air conditioning worked well, all the amenities were in place, and we really enjoyed the old-timey charm. The only minor suggestion I have is about the check-in process....

'Great place for our family of five! We were able to even walk to a couple restaurants. The building is older so it does make a lot of noise but that is clear on the listing. Communication with owner was 10/10.'

'Mold, properly leaning, unsanitary. Stove and kitchen area was filthy. Had to contact Vrbo and stay somewhere else. Vrbo was great! Do not bring your family to this filthy place. You have to enter via the back and come through the yard that’s dirty and if bar door is open, you can see right through. Building should be condemned! The smell was awful and shabby. '

'My husband and I stayed for two nights. The check in process was very easy and communication was great. The apartment was clean and ready to go. We appreciated that coffee pods and shampoo were stocked as well.'
