'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'The resort is located about an hour from Cancun airport. We dealt with Lomas Hospitality in booking. They are fntstic..on top of everything at the resort including your transportation. Resort staff is amazing…very friendly and beyond helpful. The room at the Suites side was very roomy and comfortable. We thought the swim up room would be fun but honestly we rarely used it. We were on second floor . The pool is directly below all the rooms. This is a PARTY pool. Loud music and games . It made it...

The steak at the Italian restaurant was like a Salisbury steak with the consistency of heavy jello. We had to upgrade the premier dining options to access halfway edible food. Drinks were fine, and the staff was friendly with good service. At over $600 per night, I expect decent food. '

'The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. It is quiet and super relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice! I really recommend this stop far away from the noise!'
