The one downside was the A La Carte reservation booking system- our butler had a hard time getting using anywhere we wanted, on any day. And yet when we would go to another there were numerous empty tables, the restaurant would only be like half full. Odd. But we preferred the buffets with kids, anyway.'

We had to get a new room for my 85 year old mother who could not walk that far. The rest of us just got blisters. Shuttles are available but wait is often more than 20 minutes. 'Property was nice. Staff was friendly. This is only my 3rd stay at an all inclusive and sorry to say this one would rank at the bottom. Disappointed when we checked in for a five night stay were told we could only eat at the restaurants 2 of our nights. Not that the reservations were full but we were only allowed 2 dinner meals at their restaurants. The rest would have to be buffets. This was never mentioned anywhere when I booked.
