'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'Everything was good except for 2 things : 1) we went the last week of April and the seaweed at the beach was so much 2) a dinner reservation system was horrible, we arrived on a Sunday and immediately went to guest services to book our dinners for the week. 'This is a lovely resort and we have stayed there twice. There are lots of different activities and live music to complement your stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only disappointment this time was that we beach was unusable. It was covered in seaweed and it made the ocean water brown and very smelly. They "upgraded" our room and gave us rooms closest to the beach, which would be nice under normal circumstances but not so much under these. If you are hoping for a beach holiday I...
