'We verbleven vier nachten in een kamer met zeezicht in het preferred club gedeelte. Helaas deed de lift naar de 3?3e verdieping het niet en er was geen andere kamer beschikbaar. Helaas waren de trappen niet van leuningen voorzien, niet echt veilig. Positief: heel groot hotel, maar het voelde niet massaal aan. Bij de zwembaden en de restaurants was altijd wel een plekje te vinden. Minpunten: de voordelen van preferred club zijn beperkt. Privestrand en aparte bar, maar geen verdere extra's. We...

'We arrived the day after Hurricane Beryl, there was no one at the hotel, we had the hotel to ourselves. We enjoyed every minute is this paradise. The road that leads to the hotel is shabby but that just adds up to the charm of this hotel. Paradise! '

'Had an amazing experience! Especially the staff were so helpful! Jorge- the manager- made our experience top notch! He was such a great man! Food was delicious! Could not use the beach due to algae season but pools were great! Spa was incredible- great service. The only thing we did not like is the their sales manager’s attitude! I think his name was Scott. 'Very nice hotel, very clean, staff was cleaning the property constantly! The food was good, I think we went off season because every night they only had one restaurant open. Buffet was open for breakfast and lunch and they had plenty of options! I wish they had a good coffee shop or at least coffee syrups, I don’t like sugar in my lattes, which was the only options to sweeten you coffee. This was labeled as a VIP property but it’s not. So don’t book for that, we weren’t given any VIP perks....
