'We verbleven vier nachten in een kamer met zeezicht in het preferred club gedeelte. Helaas deed de lift naar de 3?3e verdieping het niet en er was geen andere kamer beschikbaar. Helaas waren de trappen niet van leuningen voorzien, niet echt veilig. Positief: heel groot hotel, maar het voelde niet massaal aan. Bij de zwembaden en de restaurants was altijd wel een plekje te vinden. Minpunten: de voordelen van preferred club zijn beperkt. Privestrand en aparte bar, maar geen verdere extra's. We...

'The property was very beautiful and clean; however, it was way too humid, our beds were wet, our clothes were wet. Also we weren’t able to get in the ocean, it was full of seaweed. If you are friendly with iguanas, you will see them a lot all over the property.'

'Had an amazing experience! Especially the staff were so helpful! Jorge- the manager- made our experience top notch! He was such a great man! Food was delicious! Could not use the beach due to algae season but pools were great! Spa was incredible- great service. The only thing we did not like is the their sales manager’s attitude! I think his name was Scott. He was the responsible person of the membership experience. Our concierge Monica was amazing! Always smiling and very helpful! Dont forget...

'Very nice hotel, very clean, staff was cleaning the property constantly! The food was good, I think we went off season because every night they only had one restaurant open. Buffet was open for breakfast and lunch and they had plenty of options! I wish they had a good coffee shop or at least coffee syrups, I don’t like sugar in my lattes, which was the only options to sweeten you coffee. This was labeled as a VIP property but it’s not. So don’t book for that, we weren’t given any VIP perks....
