Papamoa Beach, is a must with a 15km long white beach just across the road, ideal for a long run on the beach early morning.

Ideal for sea lovers and you can hear the waves while you are sleeping, while having blackout curtains at all windows. You do not have any direct street lighting coming into the unit. Most people say that they sleep very well, while living in the apartment.

The apartment is stylish, spacious and fully equipped for your convenience, high-speed WiFi & big screen TV. We also have a Nespresso Coffee machine with pods, but you are welcome to bring your own favorite pods. Coffee, tea, and sugar are all provided, including milk and filtered water through the tap.

The apartment is comfortable for long term stay and fridge is spacious enough to store all your groceries for making your own favorite meals even if you are not at home. We are very open to supply extra kitchenware, where you might need it. There is also a dishwasher for use, and we prefer you using that for the sterilization of cutlery, crockery and pots.
Although there is not a washing machine in the unit, we have one on site to do washing and you are free to use the outdoor washing line.

We also made provision for a workstation for those that are travelling for work or just want to work while away. There is an adapter for fast charging which includes 2x USB ports, 2x C and a monitor for use and free ultra fast Internet.

The big Screen TV have internet available for online watching, so please bring your own Netflix, Prime or YouTube logins. Freeview TV is available with all the channels.

We are centrally located between Mt Maunganui, 3 different hot pools, stylish restaurants or cultural experiences in Rotorua. Plenty of berry farms to explore.

The area we live in is very well established with extremely good friendly neighbors.

We do have quite hours from 9pm until 7am. We do not allow any drug use, or excessive drinking and smoking on the property which includes vaping.

Walking distance from takeaways, restaurants, pubs and supermarket.

Close to motorways, shopping center's & airports.
