'It’s a very nice house located right between the beach and the downtown (20 min drive either way). It worked perfectly for us as we had events scheduled in downtown and also wanted to get to the beach. The house has everything we needed. Washer and dryer were very handy. The house has a good size pool too, but the water was a bit murky and the kids were afraid of alligators, so we didn’t use it ( didn’t really had time to). Good neighborhood, grocery store is about 5 min drive.'

'Perfect location for fishing. The boat landing is across the creek and we were able to use it at high tide. The house is on several acre wooded lot. Very quiet and secluded. We enjoyed our wedding anniversary here.'

'We were in town for our youngest daughter’s graduation at South. This home had perfect proximity to downtown where we had most of our meals and gatherings. It is also easy to hop on the interstate and get to campus. The house is well equipped and very clean. Our older daughter and her husband who were also with us enjoyed their morning jog through the historic district. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!'

'I had to come to town for something unfortunate.My stay reminded me of an old town feel from when I was a child. Old big oaks azalea bushes and the wet smell of oak leaves from the rains. The home is very nice and cozy and decorated with class. The front porch with a rocker was a nice relaxing touch. Best of all I have fibromyalgia and hurt in most beds. I felt like I was in my own, and didn't suffer. Thank you for making this home available.'

'Convenient for our family get together. Family travelled from Diamondhead MS and Gulf Breeze Fl. We wanted to go to TopGolf and it was just 15 minutes from the property. Having four bedrooms at a reasonable price was much appreciated. The huge flatscreen TVs in 3 of the bedrooms was fantastic! We enjoyed our stay.'

Perfectly decorated - you feel like you’re in Alys Beach and the loft area has an amazing view of the bay and 360 views having you feel like you’re in a magical tree house.
