'The overall stay was enjoyable but the villa was advertised as 'luxury' and we feel this isn't quite the case. The area in which the villa is situated is lovely, secluded and quiet but within the villa its self the kitchen is under equipped with the bare minimum utensils, pots, pans etc. There were no 'pantry' items at all tea, coffee, salt, herbs, etc The patio furniture was very old and cushion covers were ripped. There was definately a problem with ants in the villa especially in the upstairs...

'We had a lovely family holiday at Villa Nout. Communication prior to the visit and the check in procedure were excellent. The location for the beach and local shops/bars is excellent, though the photographs on the listing are very outdated. There is a large hotel adjacent, which causes shade on the villa pool from mid afternoon. The noise from the hotel was not intrusive. 'This is a great villa. Kostas, owner, was great. He is hospitable, greeting us, making sure everything was going well and meeting us at the end of the break all went well. The villa is beautiful and secluded a real escape. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Thanks Kostas!'
