'Property is located in a nice area. Our biggest problem, and the reason we left early, was that the bed was rock hard. Property manager claims its a medium matress, but as someone who grew up around a furniture store that sells mattresses and sleeps on a medium mattress at home, either he was lied to or he doesn't know what he is talking about. 'I hope you are reading this before you booked this home/host. I did not and it did not turn out well. It was a terrible experience and is still going on a month later. We weren't able to stay in this home due to "issues". They did not get us check in information as promised. The replacement place they put us in was 2 bedrooms not 4 with many items missing from the kitchen etc. We left a day early because we were so uncomfortable, and they promised a one night refund, which I still haven't seen...
