Wel zijn er nog een paar zaken die wat storend zijn en die beter aangegeven kunnen worden of opgelost door de eigenaar: de muren zitten vol zouten waar door buiten maar vooral ook binnen de cementbepleistering afbrokkelt op zowat alle muren wat een slordige aanblik geeft.
