'We are happy to have found this place as there is not many VRBO’s in Kokomo for just 2 people. The location is in a safe area of Kokomo, a testament from a former Kokomo resident. The “condo” was clean and Melinda and Boyd were excellent with contact of any needs we had. A bit of updating is needed but Murphy Bed was comfortable. Nice and quiet neighborhood. I gave 5 stars due to the graciousness of Melinda, thank you again for your kindness!'

'This farmhouse apartment is a great place to stay. It was perfect for our stay, very clean, plenty of room for 4 adults and our dog. The location is great, close to parks, the river and downtown. All within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and Kyle and Aubrey were great hosts!'
