Located in walking distance to some of Santa Cruz County’s most remote coastline, this is the perfect place for a serene getaway!

The Space:
- This home is located in a more rural setting. Please note that the gravel roads and natural surroundings may bring some dust, and the house, while full of character, shows signs of its age.
- Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests
- 3 bedrooms - 3 Queen sized beds
- 2 bathrooms
- 2 Reserved parking spaces in the large, fenced in driveway of the home. There is no street parking available.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room
- Explansive back deck with outdoor seating
- For safety, the indoor fireplaces and outdoor firepits is not operable.

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).
- This home is pet friendly for 1 dog (30 lbs or less) for a $25/night fee. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and the initial booking is paid for -- Let us know if you want to bring your Dog! We are not able to host any other types of pets at this home.
- Down alternative pillows and comforters

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, except the garage and the shed that are reserved for owner's storage.

Close to Watsonville, La Selva, and Santa Cruz, you'll find local dining, shopping, and cultural attractions a short drive away. Ideal for a relaxing getaway or an adventurous beachside retreat.

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- Please note that Wi-Fi here is on the slower side, so this house may not be ideal for digital nomads or those who need high-speed internet for remote work.
- While we strive to maintain the house in excellent condition, please note that its remote location means you may encounter some local wildlife, including bugs and spiders.
- Nestled in a charming rural area, this home is surrounded by gravel roads and natural beauty. While the house has plenty of character, it also has a touch of rustic charm that reflects its history and age.
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
