'The house was gorgeous, and above our expectation! My kids said it was by far their favorite stay we’ve had yet. It was very unique, clean and the owners had thought of many personal touches that made our stay more comfortable. The master on the bottom floor was perfect for my elderly mother, and a bathroom with the other two bedrooms on the top floor was convenient for my kids and I upstairs. The location is near the highway, restaurants and Starbucks! We loved opening the large kitchen window...

It showed a bunk bed wth a full bed underneath up in the loft,which we accounted for, but there was only a queen air mattress along with a regular full/queen bed. So we had to make some adjustments. 'If you are looking for a remote getaway, this is the property for you. It's a beautiful, clean home with everything you need to prepare meals. The view of the river is lovely and we saw deer, rabbits, and even a bald eagle. However, be aware that the last 20 minutes of the drive is on gravel roads. The only disappointment was that there was no river access, so we had to leave the property each day and drive 30-40 minutes to a public access location. We had hoped to swim and fish at the property...

'The rooms was smaller than we had expected and there is no kitchen, just a fridge. There is a sink out in the bath house, and a gas grill outside. The lack of a kitchen was not great, but the area is great, the owners very nice and very helpful and I would go back. I would just prepare better for no kitchen.'

'Richard and his wife Carol made our stay fabulous! They are incredible host with wonderful hospitality. Very informative and knowledgeable and their home is just beautiful. The game room and the outdoor space adds an extra touch to the stay. It’s incredibly close to the University of Arkansas., Bentonville/Springdale. Very quaint, small town.
