Rainey Street is very lively, not especially kid friendly later in the day but was fun to walk down mid-day. This is a great location sa you're steps away from Lady Bird Lake for a nice walking path. 'Came in for a week to see family, watch live music, go to the Texas vs Kansas State football game, eat, and relax. The Heart House was perfect, pet friendly, and perfect location for access to downtown, SOCO, Zilker Park, etc. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend for a small group in your party.'

'The property was clean and well-furnished. The downstairs bar was very nice and convenient. Several excellent restaurants were within walking distance. The only downside was that on our check-out day there were no available carts and we had to make many trips to our car.'

'Sent multiple message to host over a 6 week period. Didn’t receive any response. Received several automated messages from hosts agent with decent information but was missing details we needed. On day of arrival we were coming in later (after midnight) and the checking process wasn’t clear so called and text the numbers provided. Spent 25 minutes on hold (the 24x7 number) before hanging up. Texts did get answered but this was after we had already figured things out and checked in. Chose a later...

'New condo building has a nice Live, Work and Play vibe, with a coffee/cocktail bar in the lobby and rooftop pool overlooking the river and downtown. Condo setup with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on either side of the living room and kitchen area worked well for our group of two couples.'

'Hopefully, the roof work is finished. Small but cute. Shower handle hard to turn. Bedroom wallpaper was so great!'

'The house was really nice. The view of downtown from the rooftop balcony was beautiful at night! The construction noise was not an issue since our stay was over a weekend, but, the construction debris around the area is something to be cautious about. Great close location for getting to the downtown scene. The only mishap we ran in to was, the freezer part of the fridge was iced shut, and we couldn't use it. All in all, the overall experience of this house was excellent. I will be coming back...

'The 2 BR we stayed in for 6 days was fantastic! Beautiful floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the river and city skyline. A 2 min walk from Rainey St. but we never heard the loud music or had to worry about rowdy crowds. Also a 2 min walk from Lady Bird Lake with a great walking/running trail. Would highly recommend this property for both short and long term stays. '
