'Apartment exceeded our expectations for size, comfort and cleanliness. The complementary wind and microwave popcorn was a bonus. My only suggestion would be to somehow list the tv channels that are actually included in the cable plan. The TV Guide button brings up over 200 channels but most of the “channel not available” after you select it. This was a bit frustrating and a wasted a lot of time looking for a show or movie'

'Very welcoming! Wonderful property- beautiful, peaceful lakeview. The interior was gorgeous, and it was very well stocked. Check in process was smooth and very well communicated. The kitchen was beautiful and very functional. We will be back as it made for such a peaceful overnight stay.'

'We really enjoyed our stay at the castle; it worked out very well for our family of nine. It was so nice to have the laundry there and the view was great with it being on the 11th floor. Sleeping arrangements worked well and having 2 bathrooms was so convenient. There was an issue with the lock/doorknob upon arrival and Mitten was very attentive, even sending a maintenance worker to help solve the problem later at night. We would for sure consider staying again the next time we are in Michigan.'

'WOW!! The pictures in the listing don't do this place justice. It is SO nice! When we arrived, the place was super clean, and though it's in town it was quiet inside. A beautiful shower, washer/dryer to clean our travel-dirty clothes, a large room to stretch out in, a small kitchen area with a toaster, microwave, sink, and knives that . . . yes . . . were actually sharp! 'Check-in was easy and communication from the owner was great. The apartment was extremely clean and had all the amenities listed, including plenty of toilet paper (previous reviews indicated this was an issue and it was not for us). Check-out was even easier as it didn’t require us to do anything except leave the key. Thanks for hosting!'
