'The bungalow is situated overlooking the sea at Southbourne and has some amazing views. Overall the property was clean and the beds were comfortable so did us fine for the couple of nights we stayed. However the kitchen is in desperate need of renovation/maintenance as its very 1970s and starting to fall apart. Similarly the bathroom could also do with some modernisation and the garden would benefit from some work as was looking very overgrown. If this was addressed it would definitely improve...

As we hired a car the garage is good to have - the Ford Kuga was a bit of a squeeze but it did fit.Would stay there again if we are back in Poole.'

'Dit huisje is ligt boven op een heuvel met aan één kant veel gras en uitzicht en aan de andere kant zicht op zee. Heerlijk om vanuit dit huisje even naar beneden te lopen naar zee en stenen en schelpen te zoeken. Ook is er op loopafstand een bos waardoor je ook weer bij het strand uit komt.'

'We had a great stay on the IOW, and this is the perfect base for it. Beautiful house with everything you need. Kids loved it. The facilities are amazing. It's a quick walk to the local pub and shop, and great location to drive anywhere on the island. I would definitely recommend staying here with a family. '

Christina, the owner, was absolutely wonderful - got straight back to me whenever I had a question or a problem. 'Our stay was great. Never stayed in a holiday home that had room proportions of this home! The only reason I gave 4 stars for the overall rating was that on the first morning, we had no hot water. However, impressed by the way that this was resolved within a couple of hours as it required an emergency call out for a plumber in a bank holiday weekend.'

'Lovely, beueitiful, big place to stay ,very friendly and helpful hosts, I stayed there for a weekend with my friends to celebrate my 40th birthday and see San Fest festival, supposed to check out at 10am on Monday morning but the weather wasn't so great and we was leaving Bournemouth to London around 6pm ,so I contacted lovely owners let us stay for a bit longer. So yeah everything is nice ,the place and host's are 10 out 10.'

'We chose this property because the excellent reviews, and we certainly weren't disappointed. For a 'three' generation family holiday it met everyone' s requirements - near lovely beaches, New Forest for walking, horse riding (which proved to be a great success) easy access to shops and pubs etc. The property is clean, extremely well equipped from kitchen facilities to cushions for the garden furniture. There is even nets and buckets for crabbing at Mudeford Quay. Helen, the host, answered any...

"The accommodatie was relatief goedkoop maar erg minimaal. De kamers waren klein. Er was geen stoel aanwezig maar die paste er ook niet. De wastafel zou beter in een toilet gepast hebben. Maar het was schoon en de bedden waren voor twee personen geschikt"
